succeeded, you haven't failed. You've learned valuable lessons. As we
keep hinting on this site, If you try too hard to do something
the effort, in itself, can lead to failure. You should try to do things
in a relaxed way. This is the natural way to lose weight.That doesn't mean that you shouldn't take a healthy interest in obtaining results but that you shouldn't become obsessed with unrealistic targets. Be interested in what you do, but in a non obsessive sort of way. This is what natural weight loss really means. The less you worry the better you will do. Have you been counting calories for months - or years - with little success? Even worse, have you tried those other silly weight loss methods like laxative weight loss, water weight loss, patches and the like? Then the lesson there, surely, is that it's time to try an easier and better approach. Have you ever wondered why some people seem to eat like a horse and yet stay slim? Naturally slim people are often the sort of people that tend to let their feelings flow and show their emotions. They don't retain unhealthy thoughts and their bodies don't hang on to unneeded energy. They stay at their own natural weight without even thinking about it. They let the energy flow through them and you can learn to do the same. How? By not being an idealist. Consider the idealist. An idealist is in a self defeating quandary, as soon as they near their goal they move the target further away making it ever more difficult to reach. They are not really trying to reach a goal, they've become addicted to perfectionism itself. If you are like this then reverse your thinking and tell yourself that you are already there. And that from now on things are going to get even better and better. When you start to think like this they really will. Start to love the journey and the destination will take perfect care of itself. Be your natural weight. Let things flow. What does dieting do? It makes you think about food that's all. It makes you hungry when you wouldn't have even considered eating.
